As an Associate Creative Project Manager, your responsibilities, main goals, and development criteria will be focused on supporting one of our creative teams at Precis within the Project Management area of expertise and skill set. You will be gaining industry experience by assisting a team of experienced professionals in a variety of real-world creative projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Associate Creative Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting one of our largest client collaborations, from initial stages to completion. Working closely with our creative teams and strategists, and under the guidance of our team of project managers you will engage in the following responsibilities:

Assisting in managing the production process for digital campaigns to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Learning valuable insights to contribute to project success.

Participating in project brief interpretations, gaining insights into campaign objectives, and contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions alongside seasoned project managers and cross-functional teams.

Collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth project execution and fostering a supportive team environment.

Assist in collecting and responding to feedback from clients.

Quality assurance responsibilities – such as reviewing assets before they are sent to the client.

Work with the rest of the Project Management team to fill out trafficking sheets, prepare briefs and help manage translation processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A proactive approach with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Familiarity with project management, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft360, mainly Excel and Word, Google Suite, mainly Sheets and Docs).

Experience working in Figma, Adlayer or similar software is a plus
-
An interest in digital advertising and a basic understanding of advertising campaign lifecycles and the industry vocabulary.
