People interviews: meet the Tech team
Julius Antonio Bladt
Developer, Aarhus
What does your day-to-day look like?
I work as a developer in the Tech department, which means that the bulk of my day revolves around coding. A typical day would start out with a cup of coffee, followed by working on resolving the highest priority issues we currently have in the team. Resolving these issues can include pair-programming sessions, speaking to users / colleagues, or trying to figure out what is causing specific bugs. It might also include reviewing code, syncing across feature teams or attending knowledge sharing sessions. And if it’s a Friday, it would more often than not include socialising with local colleagues after having concluded the work week.
What do you like most about your role?
What I like most about my role is how dynamic it has been, and still is. I started out at Precis Digital doing Digital marketing, but quickly realised that more data-heavy and technical work was what I was most interested in. I have since then moved from working in a marketing department to now working full time in tech. And even though I now work as a developer and am doing work I enjoy, it still feels like I will always be supported in working on the stuff I find most interesting. I started out as a developer doing more backend-related tasks, and have recently moved into more frontend work. I find it really cool that my role includes having the freedom to explore and figure out what I find most interesting.
What accomplishment within your team are you most proud of?
Definitely the internal release of our new Marketing evaluation platform Alvie! It is something the whole tech department has worked on for a long time, and I am really proud of haven taken part in building that. It has been awesome to be part of the journey from having only a design to now having a fully functioning platform. And I look forward to continue improving it together with our users in the coming months.

Engineering Lead, Stockholm
What does your day-to-day look like?
My day typically begins with a session of deep work in the mornings, followed by a stand-up meeting with the engineering team, where we discuss our priorities and address any blockers we might be facing. Throughout the day, I engage in a variety of tasks, ranging from hands-on coding and reviewing pull requests to strategising about our upcoming projects. I also often liaise with data scientists and marketing experts to ensure we’re delivering the best solutions. My day is a mix of collaboration, deep work, and continuous learning, which makes every day both engaging and fulfilling.
Tell us about an exciting project you worked on recently
Recently, our team embarked on a project to build a cross-platform tool for marketing evaluation. We aimed to make it more intuitive for our users while also incorporating a new suite of data visualisation tools. This project required a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, coupled with innovative design and technical solutions. Witnessing it evolve from an initial idea to a fully-fledged platform, and receiving positive feedback from users, was incredibly rewarding.
What do you appreciate most about your team?
What I appreciate most is the diversity of thought and expertise within our team. Everyone brings a unique perspective, whether it’s from their product engineering background, data engineering prowess, or insights from data science. This diversity fosters innovation and ensures we approach problems from multiple angles. We continuously challenge each other, but always in a supportive and constructive manner, enhancing our collective growth and the quality of solutions we provide to our clients.
These responses should provide a clear and polished insight into your daily activities, a recent project, and your appreciation for your team. Feel free to adjust further to ensure it perfectly matches your experiences and sentiments.
