How are you currently working with company culture at your company? It’s interesting how something so crucial for a business, can be so hard to grasp or put into words sometimes. At Precis we have always recognised the importance of having a healthy and enriching company culture, and how vital it is to continuously work with it – especially as a rapidly expanding company.
During 2019 we, together as a company, put time and effort into mapping out our current culture (which we are incredibly proud of!) and also investigating what we potentially need to introduce to our culture in order to reach our vision. Using this, we further developed our already existing value statements into our ultimate guiding principles. These will set the foundation for many exciting and growth-oriented projects to come in 2020!
