What’s the best thing about your role?
I have the opportunity to constantly learn new things, in many different areas; from algorithms, statistics and programming, to how to organize teamwork.
What are Precis key strengths and key challenges as a workplace?
For me, Precis is an honest organisation, in that there are no large discrepancies between narrative and reality; I appreciate the transparency and that we do not claim to be something we are not. The main challenge is to maintain collaborative functions, such as knowledge sharing, when we grow and have separate offices.
